Denise Van Outen was born in Basildon Essex on the 27th of May 1974.  Denise is best knownn from early morning breakfast television on the Big Breakfast and as Roxie Hart in the Musical Chicago which has been featured in both Broadway and the West End.

Denise Van Outen joing the Big Breakfast in 1996 as a weather and travel reporter, however in 1997 she was given the co presenting role.  With Denise`s cheeky personality and sexy clothing she was a hit with Johnny Vaughan`s quick wit, making the Big Breakfast the most popular early morning program during the late nineties.


Denise Van Outen has been a big hit on the covers of popular men’s and women’s magazines she was voted both Rear of the Year in 1999, and topped the poll to find the most desired “bikini body” in a 2007 poll of readers of Grazia magazine.

As of November 2007, Denise has been dating Any Dream Will Do winner, Lee Mead, the two are engaged to be married.  Denise has a sister and a brother.
